Engineering governed intelligent workflows
We connect the systems you already run, automate the work that follows rules, and build what is missing. Human authority is designed in.

Bern-based systems engineering partner
The work is ready to automate. The trust is not.
Three patterns show up in almost every organisation we scope.
Fragmentation
Cases cross ERP, mailboxes, spreadsheets, and file shares by hand. The process lives in people's heads, not in the systems.
Manual load
Skilled people spend their days reading documents, re-typing data, and chasing approvals. Volume grows; headcount cannot.
Ungoverned AI
Drafting an answer is easy. Proving who authorised it, on what basis, and within which limits is where pilots stall.
None of this is solved by another platform. It is solved by engineering the layer where processes, systems, and judgement meet.
Three capabilities, one engineering discipline
Integrate
Connect what already runs.
APIs · databases · ERP/CRM · email · documents · legacy and file workflows
Automate
Make work flow reliably.
Orchestration · rules · approvals · exceptions · monitoring · traceability
Build
Create what the process needs.
Purpose-built interfaces, services, and intelligent workflow components
PSWS starts with the process and its constraints, then engineers the right combination.
Integration turns fragmented systems into a usable operating layer

A coherent workflow surface
People and systems work through a controlled layer without replacing everything underneath.
AI belongs inside the document-to-decision loop
AI handles interpretation and drafting. Deterministic automation handles known steps.
- 01
Receive
Email, form, or file.
- 02
Understand
Extract, classify, validate.
- 03
Decide
Rules, context, recommendation.
- 04
Act
Route, update, generate.
- 05
Document
Record, explain, notify.
The result becomes new context for the next case: a governed loop that can learn without losing accountability.
Human judgement remains explicit, not implied
AI reads, summarises, and proposes. Before anything executes, a policy and responsibility check decides whether the case can take the safe routine path or has to go to a person. Hard rules define the authorization boundary.
Input and context
Case, documents, system state.
AI assistance
Read, summarise, propose.
Policy and responsibility check
Hard rules define the authorization boundary.
Authorized action
The safe routine path, taken automatically.
Human review
Required for consequential or exceptional cases.
How much autonomy a case earns is scored, not assumed
An optional Judge AI layer evaluates the proposed action against organisational policy and the current case. It recommends only. Hard rules still authorize.

Output: a recommended autonomy level, the rationale behind it, and the controls it requires.
Autonomy grows progressively within configured boundaries
- 1
Observe
Read and flag.
- 2
Draft
Prepare for review.
- 3
Execute
Low-risk, reversible.
- 4
Notify
Act and inform.
- 5
Approve
Human decision required.
More responsibility is earned through policy, evidence, and operating experience. Never assumed.
Governance is part of the workflow, not a separate report
Audit
Every input, recommendation, decision, action, and override is traceable.
Control
Policies, thresholds, roles, and escalation paths are configurable.
Oversight
A governance view shows autonomy levels, exceptions, confidence, and outcomes.
Designed for accountable operations: transparent enough to inspect, constrained enough to trust.
What changes, and for whom
Operations
Cases move without manual handoffs. Exceptions surface early instead of late. Capacity grows without new headcount.
IT and engineering
No rip-and-replace. Existing systems keep running behind a controlled surface you can observe, extend, and hand over.
Risk and leadership
AI adoption you can defend: decisions traceable, boundaries configurable, autonomy earned rather than assumed.
Start with one workflow that matters. Prove the controls, then widen the boundary.
How we work together
How we start
- 1Scoping call
- 2Process and systems assessment
- 3Written proposal
- 4Milestone delivery
- Written, clearly defined project scope
- Milestone-based invoicing
- Change requests outside scope are discussed separately
- Optional monthly care plan for hosting, monitoring, and improvements
- AI accounts and usage costs run through your own account where AI services are used
The scoping call qualifies the workflow first. A proposal follows only after that. No published flat prices.
