1. Controller

2. Data processed when you visit

When you access the website, your browser sends technically necessary information, particularly your IP address, time of access, requested address, referrer, and browser and device information. The hosting infrastructure processes this information to deliver the website and maintain its operation and security.

The website runs on infrastructure provided by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed for operation, troubleshooting, and security.

3. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, we process your name, company, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, and message. We use this information only to review and answer your enquiry and to discuss a potential engagement.

Your enquiry is stored in a database on PSWS's Swiss server infrastructure and is additionally sent to the PSWS mailbox through the Titan email service. Stored enquiries are reachable only through a password-protected internal area used solely by PSWS; they are not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.

For each enquiry we also keep a processing status, an optional follow-up date, and internal notes about our conversation. To prevent abuse, your IP address is held in the web server's memory for no more than ten minutes for rate limiting; it is neither stored nor included in the notification email.

We keep contact details and correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, support any resulting business relationship, or comply with legal retention duties. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

4. Audience measurement with Plausible

We self-host Plausible Community Edition at stats.psws.ch. It measures page views and the small number of funnel events described for this site: language switches, primary call-to-action clicks, form starts, and successful submissions. Form contents and contact details are never sent to Plausible.

Plausible uses no cookies or persistent identifiers. It briefly processes the IP address and user agent to create a daily-changing identifier and coarse, aggregated usage statistics; the raw values are not stored. We use these analytics only to understand this website's effectiveness and usability.

5. Recipients and processing abroad

Personal data is available only to service providers needed for hosting, operation, and email delivery. The web and analytics infrastructure is operated for PSWS in Switzerland. Titan and its subprocessors may process email messages outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on the applicable legal requirements and contractual data-protection safeguards.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it for advertising or profiling.

6. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you may in particular ask whether we process personal data about you and request access, correction, or deletion. Where applicable, you may object to processing or request that your data be provided or transferred.

7. Security and changes

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. This website is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
